Ordinance No. 2016-01

The Prairie City City Council (the “Council”) will consider
approval of proposed Ordinance No. 2016-01 during the Council
meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6:00pm in the
Prairie City City Hall council chambers located at 133 South Bridge
Street, Prairie City, Oregon  97869.

Ordinance No. 2016-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING TITLE 13, CHAPTER 13.20 OF THE
PRAIRIE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE “SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
ORDINANCE” (ORDINANCE NO. 13.20-2010), WHICH ORDINANCE GRANTED AN EXCLUSIVE
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FRANCHISE TO CLARK’S DISPOSAL, INC.; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review at Prairie City City Hall between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please contact City Recorder Taci
