CITY COUNCIL MEETING

April 4, 2005

Attended:

Jim Hamsher, Mayor
Marvin Casebeer, Councilor
Mike Springer, Councilor
Roger McKinley, Councilor
Diane Clingman, City Recorder

Mayor Hamsher called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  The roll was called, Don Strong
and Mark Wishard being absent.  The pledge of allegiance was recited.

The council was asked to consider the method in which to determine the exact spot for
drilling wells on the Coombs property.  It was agreed that the engineer should be directed
to contact a well witcher.  It was noted that John Coombs wants the well sites confined to
a certain area.

The council was asked to consider the estimate of $2,500 for completion of the Water
Conservation and Management Plan from Sisul Engineering.  MSP:  To authorize Sisul
Engineering to complete the Water Conservation and Management Plan, Roger
McKinley/Marvin Casebeer.

The council was asked to grant permission to the Department of Agriculture to conduct
surveys for pests.  MSP:  To grant permission, Mike Springer/Marvin Casebeer.

6:20 p.m.  It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting.
